The Sensorial Area

Our Montessori curriculum and materials are almost complete! The school has invested in some fantastic equipment this year, but we need your help to kit out this last essential piece of our curriculum. These materials have stood the test of time and have been used in early childhood settings for more than a century. There are 20k classrooms around the globe right now that each have a “pink tower” standing tall in their sensorial shelves. While we can buy some materials cheaper at non AMI suppliers, the exact measurements and quality of some of the materials is needed for others. This aids the children in the discovery of relationships. They can participate in the more difficult extension activities after mastering the activities for each piece of equipment on their own first.

If you would like to get involved, keep an eye out for our raffle … coming soon! Like us on facebook if you want to participate and stay involved!
